Mushroom is one of the most favorite vegetable of vegetarians.
It has various beneficial properties.
And can be cooked in various ways like snacks or main course.
We cwn make mushrooms tikka, mushrooms stir fry stuffed mushrooms, mushrooms kofta curry, matar mushrooms and many more.
Here I have made mushrooms kali mirch which turned out so yummy,.
You can serve it as starter. No need for lot of ingredients.
Preparation Time:-5 minutes

Ingredients:-
- Button mushrooms 2 pk
- Crushed black paper 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Malai 2 tbsp
- Ginger, Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Chopped garlic 1tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Veg oil 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method :-
- Wash and cut the mushroom into the sliced.
- Take a bowl and add salt, black paper, lemon juice, ginger, garlic paste and veg oil.
- Add mushrooms and mix well in marination. keep it for 10 minutes .
- Heat the butter in a pan Saute the garlic for 2 minutes add mushrooms and 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium hot heat.
- Now add the malai and stir for 2 minute more add coriander leaves and switch off the gas .
- Serve with roti ,paratha or bread.
