Ingredients:-
- Wheat flour 2 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Cauliflower stem 8 to 10 no
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Green chili chopped 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Chat masala powder 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Ghee 1tbsp.
- Oil for frying

Method:-
- Wash and grate the gobhi stem .
- Now heat ghee in a pan add cumin as they change the colour add grated cauliflower stem, green chili, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, chat masala powder, lemon juice and coriander.
- Fry until all the water evaporates.
- Switch off the gas. Allow to cool the mixture.
- Make a soft by adding milk,flour and cooked mixture. Cover and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now divide the mixture into equal portion and make the paratha.
- Fry both sides till golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with pickle, sabji or curd.

Note:-
- You can make it with Broccoli stem too.
- Add spices as per your taste.
- You can skip the milk .
- You can use multigrain aata besides wheat flour.
